Haven't tried that but I would think so. The problem with the product is that it works too quickly and reduces tobacco to powder in only one to two seconds.

Really didn't like for cannibis...the herb is too sticky to effectively grind.

Q: Does it have a screen to catch keef?

No it doesn’t but after you grind you can use a small light paintbrush to brush the keef from the lid and bottom of shredder :)
