I clean mine with a damp microfiber cloth, but I even think that regular glass cleaner would be fine.

Q: Is this really mirrored or just shiny?

It is highly polished and has a mirrored finish. It is not really a mirror.

Q: Will the surface scratch easily when moving a decanter and glasses on it? Other trays that I viewed were said to scratch easily

I am using it to display crystals, so don't know if a decanter would scratch the surface. I have had mine several months now and I don't see any scratches.

Q: Where can I find the bar cart that's in one of the pictures? I just bought the tray.

I believe the cart is a photo prop.
