Love this stuff. It has a bit of an "instant" flavor, but fortunately with Basmati rice that is countered with the nutty Basmati flavor. Most of these are hard and I have to mash them before microwaving, but my latest batch feels nice and soft in the bag. Way better than the Jasmine variety of Ben's Ready rice.
