Excellent value for all the pieces
Very happy with my purchase these products are great for your trigger point for your myofascial release if you're into rolfing these products will help you keep your alignment.

Overpriced "4 piece" kit
I would have happily purchased the one roller if they offered it separately, the one that is a cylinder with basically two roller blade wheels attached at the end. The foam is a nice addition for raising a leg, but too short to make adjustments rather awkward. The balls are too soft, and rather pointless. You'd be better off getting a lacrosse ball. Overall, the price seems a bit steep, and if weren't for the fact I desperate need the one roller, I'd say don't bother. But the one roller addresses a big need for me. I'm sure a Chinese knock off will come out eventually for $15 bucks, but until then, you'll have to overpay for this, if you really need it.

Just use your tennis balls
I feel bad bc it’s basically two tennis balls and a small roller which works just as well as my cheap foam roller. Just use tennis balls in a sock
