I've ordered this product 5 times over the past couple of years and have never had any of the problems I see in the reviews.If your bottle arrives broken, that is definitely an Amazon shipping problem and not a product problem, so leaving a bad review here about that is pointless. Contact Amazon and they will re-send for free, problem solved.As for the pills coming stuck together, yes that'll happen. This is a natural product that isn't full of additives and anticaking agents like other products. The capsules are made of simple gelatin and if they get out of room temp and warm up even a little, they'll stick. If they sit too long, they will also stick together. It's generally not a problem, when the arrive I just stick a butter knife in there and gently swirl and they come apart. I use them regularly enough from there that they don't gel together from sitting. If you live in a very hot, humid area it might happen more, but again they are easily separated. You might choose faster shipping or stock up in the winter so they spend less time in non-temp controlled transportation.Now, the product itself. I'm not a scientist and haven't performed any scientific tests to see if they are working. But anecdotally, I believe that they do. I've read pretty extensively about medical trials (yes, reading summary articles but also going right to the studies they cite and reading those as well) for various uses of Oil of Oregano. Like most holistic healing methods, they are not studied well and little funding is put into doing bigger more scientifically sound research on them...why would they, when the global medical system is largely for profit and people healing and treating themselves isn't profitable! Money goes to manufactured drugs, not herbal remedies. So the studies are inconclusive, but interesting. I believe that there is something to it and my anecdotal observations on myself and others who have used it is enough for me!For me, I take it about 3-4 times a week. Oregano is potent and I don't feel that daily is recommended. However, when I feel even the slightest tinge of any sort of cold/flu I take it 3x a day until I don't feel anything anymore. I've always had a robust plan of action for if I feel anything, so this was in addition to other things I do (herbal immunity tea blend with fresh lemon/honey/ginger, spoonful of honey fermented onion, homemade elderberry syrup etc). I've always been good at knocking back a sickness this way, but since adding this product to that lineup, I definitely feel it's even better now. Usually just one day of taking it 3x with my other interventions and I am 100% back to normal the next day. I haven't had an actual full-blown cold since 2018, flu since 2016, and have only had covid once with minimal symptoms (I was testing positive but just had a minor sore throat for 3 days and was able to still exercise outside and behave normally). I attribute this to the work on my health I've done over the years in building my immune system, gut microbiome, and physical fitness. But I really do believe products like this definitely help boost up the body whenever a bug does try to attack.Only negative, and it is minor, is that it does give me a few strong oregano tasting burps. Nothing awful, I can live with it!

When Covid came on the scene in (2021ish), I researched natural ways to help my family boost their immune system. Oil of oregano popped up numerous times. This product is good quality and has the correct percentage of carvacrol in it. Luckily, we never got covid & still take it every other day. We rarely get sick & if we start feeling off we take it multiple times a day until we feel better.**The capsules are gelatin so, they naturally stick together sometimes. Just gently tap the bottom of the bottle on the countertop & shake a few times..problem solved.**

easy to order online. Very easy to swallow. Have been on it 2 days and taking twice per day I am starting to feel different it's giving me more energy which I definitely need. I am sure this will help me with my energy level as I am still gaining strength from having Quadruple Heart Valve Surgery no stents all valves replaced. Will most definitely be ordering every 3 months.

I have dealt with a lot of health issues, fatigue, muscle issues, terrible gas, random bloating, major chemical sensitivities etc, with no one ever being able to get to the bottom of what was going on. The day after I started this oil of oregano, my energy was SO much better, I felt so much VIBRANCE coming back into my life. I was running around the house doing all the dishes, I went running for the first time in maybe 8 months. I feel WAY WAY better.The story: A few weeks ago, feeling exhausted and bloated and gassy, I had decided to try something new. I started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar about 15 minutes before every meal (with a little water, and then rinsing my teeth off with water too) and I did that for about a week. I could tell it was helping, but by the end of the week, I felt like I was detoxing from it. I decided to add oil of oregano in to my routine. So now I was taking AVC 15 minutes before each meal, and waiting the 15 minutes and then oil of oregano like a minute before each meal. The first day, I just took it once right before lunch and once right before dinner. Then went to bed feeling wiped out. The next morning I felt SO AMAZING. I actually felt like I had so much energy I didn't know what to do with myself. It has been so many years of feeling so tired, that the feeling was so foreign I kept bracing myself to see if this was really real. After a few days of adding in the oil of oregano, I continued to have amazing energy. I also noticed parasites in my poop. A worm, and some circular things. I am assuming this is only part of what the oil of oregano is doing. I also have been able to eat more foods.Fast forward to now, a few weeks later, I have added in Neem leaf powder (organic india brand) and Allicin, and pepogest into my supps I take right before meals. My energy continues to increase. I learned an illiosecal valve and abdominal massage that helps move everything in the right direction, and close the valve (aparently a ton of gut issues are caused by improper functioning valve).Anyways, I digress. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!!
