Works great with motion alerts and movement of doors and windows
The whole setup is quite easy especially the call back features in case of event and triggers.

Took me 10mins to install it. Easy to use and doesn’t need an expert. They also have a great customer support.

Doesn’t work with Z-wave
This Ring station doesn’t have the same features as US Ring stations, it won’t connect to Z-wave smoke detectors and fire alarms.

Base station doesn’t connect to internet
I bought this set twice via Amazon and each time the Base Station would not connect to Wifi/ethernet. Called Ring contact center and they couldn’t fix it either. So they suggested I replace the set, which I did, and it still doesn’t work! Unbelievable…
