The pepper is strong with this one! I’ve been trying different golden milk formulas and bought this one because it has mushrooms. A little too spicy for me so I’ll probably mix it with my other golden milks. I added a bit of cardamom and some brown brown sugar that helped with the spiciness but it still made my mouth burn... not a bad thing, just not my preference

I bought because I have asthma which is a disease that causes inflammation of the lungs. The taste is pretty bad - BUT I do not use any type of sugar or sugar substitute so I don't know if I am a good judge. It says to use honey but I have a KETO/LCHF lifestyle so that's not gonna happen, also I felt really good the next day after using 3 straight days in a row ... so I will keep it and incorporate it into smoothies & other drinks...

I like it. Haven't tried with ordinary cow milk but have used with both Almond and Coconut Milk. With either I add a bit of coconut oil. It is kind of gritty. That isn't a "fault" of the product, merely the mature of finely ground components which are suspended in the liquid, not dissolved.This particular mix does have more cinnamon than some other Golden Milk products I've used. The cinnamon and mushroom component combine to create a more pronounced flavor which I like but I could see where some might consider it too "earthy".I've been drinking a cup of Golden Milk of one brand or another nearly every evening for several weeks. It does seem to help me sleep better.

I’ve used this for a month, I really can’t tell any benefit. It’s possible it’s helped with sleep but not enough that I can be sure. No help with pain or inflammation.

I guess the taste of turmeric takes getting used to, but heated with milk, coconut oil, and some stevia, then whipped up with my little frother I find this golden milk quite tasty. I’m always looking for ways to get more turmeric and chaga into my diet, and this is a very comforting drink before bed without the caffeine of hot chocolate. Yes, you’ll have powder left over in the bottom of your cup. I just scoop it out with a spoon and eat it when I’m finished. Turmeric just doesn’t dissolve well in liquids. Anyway, I find this really helps the arthritis in my thumbs too.

Not a fan but this is my first try at Golden milk . I’m going to give it a whirl again after I look up some pointers

I originally bought the bag, in 2017, had to use sweet n low.. I no know how they did it but new stuff much better! and I even bought stevia!Update, I bought another jar, enough Tumericm to last a while, ceylon powdered ginger root,, and Stevia and this goes much better with the stevia!Replying to your email; this is jar #3, this stuff has me feeling, and looking, better! And no I can not scientifically verify it, but I believe it! Which is more important than any double blind study ever! Thank you I now have 2 unopened jars!

The product arrived just on time for me when I was suffering from throat infection. I had tried every medicine out there without much change in my condition. Though I didn’t know this golden milk could help me with the condition, I was pleasantly surprised with how in just 2 days of taking this powder with milk helped freed me from of the infection.Though the product is delicious with milk, there is a hint of bitterness but that was expected with turmeric as its base. I am really looking forward to completing the entire course and see how the product helps me build immunity. Highly recommended!

On my second pack - it's become a replacement for all those coffees. Delicious with a bit of honey and coconut oil added to the mix.

I am having to throw both packets out; it might be good for you but it tastes absolutely disgusting!
