We ordered this trampoline and it's extremely affordable. The directions make for easy assembly and can be done with ease. My kid loves the lights and I'm sure will like the water feature when it warms up. Had a slight issue with some springs but customer service is outstanding and shipped us some new ones very quickly. The safety net actually works and the spring covers keep my kid from accidently getting hurt. 10/10 would recommend to others.

This 16ft trampoline was purchased for a gift and after assembly it worked great and kids loved it. Unfortunately while moving it to mow a strong wind blew it over and it was bent up and unusable. But after contacting the company, Lyromix, they promptly sent out replacement parts for no charge and were extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. The best customer service anyone could ask for. The trampoline is back in use and happy kids again!! I would definitely buy one of these again, but only move when not windy and use the anchors to secure it.

We had a trampoline last year when a storm came through and knocked a large branch from one of our many trees down on it. That branch tore the net, broke support poles and put a hole in the jumping mat. We bought this one to replace it and ANOTHER branch fell on this one but this time all we needed to replace was a few support poles. Reached out to Amazon and they couldn’t help us because we were out of the 60 day purchase period and they would only replace the whole thing, not just parts.I reached out to Lyromix company and we heard back from them within the week. We told them what happened and what we needed and they sent us replacement parts, free of charge! The customer service from Lyromix was phenomenal and our kiddos couldn’t be happier to have their trampoline back!

This was a Christmas gift for our children. We spent half a day on Christmas Eve to surprise them on Christmas morning. Unfortunately this is what we ended up with after trying two different ways of putting this together. The T connector design is very ineffective resulting in the photo after it shifted very slightly. The instructions are very hard to follow. The key to a good structure is the layout. But no matter how we positioned this, the results were the same. I would not recommend buying this trampoline.

My kids love this trampoline. It came in 2 different boxes. It did NOT come with the lights, sprinkler head, or the tie downs. I did speak with someone and got it all figured out. Customer service was really good and fixed the issue fast.

Huge trampoline that the kids use everyday. Went together quickly (3 guys - maybe an hour or so), but the best part thus far is the customer service. One of the poles for the netting became bent - I emailed the company (lyromix) a photo and they sent the new piece at no charge in a couple of days - can't beat that.

Everything works with the trampoline. My daughter and her cousins love it. I even enjoy jumping. It's sturdy for adults and kids. Im 35 my daughter is 8 so safe to say it's good for all ages. Fairy easy to assemble. It's definitely a 2 person minimum job. MAKE SURE ALL YOUR PIECES COME... the sprinklers parts were not in the box. A few other pieces.. overall good. Always in use

I bought this for my grandchildren in April. Great product , happy with everything. In October I had a problem as shown in picture. Not any fault by them. When I messaged them I was so upset . My grandchildren love the trampoline. I could not believe how fast they helped me . The part was shipped immediately. I would highly recommend this company. They really are about the costumer.
