Long Live the Pumpkin Queen: Disney Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas

Great little read

I bought this book because the knightmare before Christmas is one of my favourite movies/books and I completely loved this book I couldn't put the book down. The detail is lovely and you get a really good look into the story of Sally I always wanted to know more about her character and this definitely covered my curiosit. I have nothings bad to say other than I wish there was another sequel to this story. Definitely buy if you want to know more about Sally and what happens after the original knightmare before Christmas. Perfect sequel

Daughter really enjoyed reading this

It was a simple book, aimed at younger readers, but if you’re a fan of the Tim Burton world it was a lovely little quick read.

Good gift

I’m a huge Tim burton fan and the nightmare before Christmas is my all time favourite , I was worried a little at first reading this book as I believe the film is perfect and worried reading the sequel would change things too much however I was very wrong , yes this book changed how I now look at the characters in the movie but in such a positive way , I was actually inspired by sally and her journey throughout this book and I really did not want it to end , I laughed , I cried , I just could not put it down , read it in a couple of days , i would 100% recommend!!

As a massive fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas I was both looking forward and dreading the release of Sally's story.There was no need for dread at all. This is a brilliant read.It starts with Jack and Sally being married but Sally struggles with becoming the pumpkin queen and feels she leaves one prison for another, so she ends up exploring the realms.I won't give to much away but we do find out where Sally comes from and her back story.The way Shea has wrote the book is really in keeping with The Nightmare Before Christmas, and I feel she brings Halloween town and the other realms to life. It is a brilliant follow on from the movie and I do hope at some point in the future this is made in a film.If you love Nightmare before christmas I'm sure you will love this (and this is coming from a 40 year old woman!!)

I read this book in 2 days, it was amazing I couldn't put it down! It was an amazing inside of the goings on in halloween town after the events of the nightmare before Christmas in my personal opinion they should do a second film based off this book, honestly the best book I've brought this year, I highly recommend it!

The book arrived in great condition! I really enjoyed the story, plot and characters. I'm glad that Sally received her own story, because after the animation "The Nightmare Before Christmas" I felt unsatisfied with her character. I am in love with this story and as a huge fan of "The Nightmare Before Christmas", I can recommend the book!

I loved it! It was interesting to learn more about Sallly as her own character and not overshadowed by Jack. Also leaves it wide open for more books or a good stand alone!
