Ok so you have, like me, probably seen a large number of social media based adverts for these things making it look like we get projected images straight from the James Webb telescope only to find that its a disappointing LED travesty.Well this is different, its LED and there are a number of colour options, you can have individual colours, two colours at once and there is a colour rotation pattern too, so there's plenty to like about the aurora that the unit displays. In addition to the aurora there is a green laser starfield, this will pulse on and off or can be turned off completely. It doesn't follow the constellations so if thats what you are after this unit is not for you.The unit is also bluetooth enabled so you can use it to stream any bluetooth audio to to as well, a nice feature, as are the built in "relaxing" sounds. There are a few looping sound effects to choose from, seaside, running water, thunderstorm, rain and even white noise.All in all the unit is well spec'd and comes with a handy remote control that allows you to get comfortable with your light and sound combination and remain there while making adjustments.There is also an auto switch off feature, so don't worry about using it to get to sleep, it will turn itself of after about two hours so it won't be on all night long.Its a very good unit and will comfortably fill your room with sound and light.

The media could not be loaded. I rarely leave reviews but just had to with this little projector. It’s honestly amazing and can’t rate it highly enough. Bought 2 before this and returned them as they only covered part of ceiling and colours weren’t great.But this one is fantastic. You can select a colour then add other colours until you get the colour you desire. So easy to use too. The little remote has initials of colours around centre dial so just press R for red etc then press it again to remove that colour, if you wish. Amazon would only allow me to upload one video but I had a range of beautiful colours. You can also press a button to brighten or darken and speed up or slow down aurora. It’s just fantastic value for money and exactly what I was looking for as I have trouble sleeping quite a lot and find it extremely relaxing to the point I was nodding back off. My room is about 24ft and it covers the whole of the ceiling. It’s used with usb cable and your remote. It has other features that I haven’t really explored yet like sounds of water falls, white noise etc. when you first switch it on green stars are everywhere but just press the star on your control to take them off. You can download the app apparently which I’ve still to do that gives more features and flexibility and think you can change the colour of the stars too if you want them on. But I highly recommend this for anyone from babies to adults. It’s amazing for the money and just mesmerising, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Many thanks 😊

I bought this light for in my bedroom to help me get to sleep. I'm super pleased with it, especially for the price.It comes with a remote that has a decent amount of options. However, she. Downloading the app, it's even more customisable. It also has the option to set a timer so you can fall asleep to it. Even if you forget to set the timer, it turns off automatically after 4 hours.It's hard/impossible to achieve some colours such as orange or purple, since it will just blend the RGB and white lights that are in there. The effect you'll get will be more "some blue and some red" as opposed to an overall purple. I'm not sure if this is the same for more expensive devices, since I haven't owned another one.It also seems like the brightness settings are exponential rather than linear. There is a massive difference between 1% and 3% for example, but not much between 70% and 100%. This becomes even more apparent with the stars when the main light is set to a low number. However, it's still very nice to look at.It does make a bit of a humming noise when it's on, so if you're someone who's disturbed by background noises like that, keep this in mind.Overall it works super well, it feels sturdy and the setup is very straightforward.

Ok, so, we actually bought this too try and calm down a cat on strict cage rest. Albie broke his pelvis and was caged for 8 weeks. The lighting on this was amazing and he'd happily lay transfixed by the movement. The added sounds were a bonus. It really did work well for him. Being able to change the colours, remove the stars and alter how bright or subtle the lighting was is great too. We now use it ourselves in the lounge and love it. Definitely worth every penny
