Bariatric must have!!
Have been using these since surgery in October. Now they are not GOOD tasting it it’s chewable and you can deal with the taste. They work to keep your levels up. If you’ve had surgery I definitely recommend using the chewable (even when you can go to capsules) because I thing it absorbs better when chewed!

Effective vitamin
I use these every day and I really think they do a good job of keeping my blood work in check. My doctor had no complaints and EVERY SINGLE ONE of my levels were in the middle of the desired range at my one year checkup. For reference, I try to take them every day but inevitably miss a couple of days a week.This doesn't cause stomach upset for me and it also is easy to swallow.

Gritty and HORRIBLE Taste
My original brand of supplement rebranded and reformulated "for women" so I decided to find an alternative brand. I saw advertisements for Bariatric Advantage so I thought I would give them a try.These pills are terrible. Very gritty and taste HORRIBLE!I won't be ordering these again.

Is there a better flavor you could make?
The flavor is pretty sour but overall a great alternative to taking a bunch of vitamins or even one really big one that’s too large to swallow.

Taste is horrible.
This was recommended by my doctors office after my bariatric surgery. The vitamins work great however the taste makes me so nauseous even 4 months out of surgery. I recommend taking them with a meal that way you don’t get sick from the taste.
