A little goes a long way! It’s hard to find vegan soba sauce and this is perfect. So worth it!

We always buy this tsuyu but it is hard to find in local supermarkets, I was so glad Amazon carries it, the price is, of course, higher than supermarkets if you can find it, this is vegan and not as salty as those in supermarkets, we prefer this flavor, wish it were a bit cheaper though.

This sauce is made of Konbu extract which is a type of kelp seaweed off the coast of Hokkaido, Japan. It’s soooooo delicious and can be added to soup stock to create many different types of Japanese stews and broths. It’s delicious with cold buckwheat soba, green onions, sliced cucumbers and many types of raw thin sliced vegetables. If you haven’t tried cold soba noodles you’re missing out. 😁

This is exactly what I was looking for. A plant based soba soup base that tastes just like I remember. Only thing is the price is high for what are cheap ingredients, but this is imported and the bottle will last a long time

Taste great with Soba! To use: add a small amount of sauce to soba noodles and then add some water! This is important because this sauce is a "Concentrated Soup Base" and will be too strong without water added.Add both till you get your desired flavor.

I am a Japanese. I totally recommend this soup base to anyone. You can adjust the flavor as you like and for what you are cooking. There is a brief instruction on the label, too. You can use if for cooking and/or straight out of bottle. It's just the best and the price is very reasonable. Take my word for it. It's good!

Tastes amazing, but you could find it cheaper at H-Mart for $9.
