very nice and useful

Sturdy. Heavy. Works great with PUTIKEEG CW key.
Works perfect with my mini CW key by Putikeeg (the black metal one). No complaints, I like the Morse code list on the plate, though some punctuation might have been helpful too.

What no Directions?
I.Love the plate.It's very heavy duty.It'll work very well, However, Some directions for how to put the Putikeeg little miniature Kier onto the plate would have been a great idea. I mean, I have it on there, but I'm not even sure.It's right.It just keeps turning all over the place.I can't even make it work!

Great piece of metal
I purchased this when I got a Putikeeg mini cw keyer and it makes a great base for it. Being new to CW, the code printed on it comes in handy. The lettering on the metal seems like it will last a long time. The thickness of it is thick enough where it is not flimsy, and the magnet base sticks to it quite well.

Perfect Companion To The Putikeeg Keys
I married this tray to my Putikeeg mirror finish paddle, and the combo works perfectly. (I reviewed the Putikeeg paddle separately.) This tray is well finished and comes with six very thin, rubber feet. The feet really stick to a smooth surface. My operating desk has a glass top, and the tray/paddle DO NOT move. Period. The magnetic feet on the Putikeeg paddle really lock onto this tray. If you want a stable platform for your Putikeeg key/paddle, this is the ticket. No doubt this tray would work equally well with any key or paddle having magnetic feet.

Expensive way to get a piece of flat steel from China
Once the back order was stocked, I ordered again (I had cancelled earlier because Amazon kept changing the delivery date). It came as expected. It was an expensive piece of flat steel for my purpose. And if Amazon US had something similar I wouldn't have purchased this from your China importer.
