Roll isn’t product. This one seems to be updated from the last one I had last year 2022. Fitted in my Jaguar XK. Great tool because it gives you engine temps, water temps and battery condition along with loads of other stats.

Good on corners and rough roads

I bought this as part of the instruments for a Mobility scooter based project to build a more "Tacticool" and robust mobility Scooter. I have tested it on another project but haven't gotten round to installing it on the "Tacticool" build yet, but will try to post an update and possibly photos\video once the project is closer to completion.

I liked some of the functions so I thought I'd give this a try.Unfortunately I didn't realise that my car isn't an OBD II, being OBD I, so I had to use it in GPS mode, which doesn't have so many features, and I will be reviewing this from that perspective.ConstructionIts smallish plastic head about the same size as a satnav with a XXX-shaped screen.At the back is an oldstyle small USB mini connector socket to fit the cable which connects it to the OBD socket plug. The cable is just about the right length to join the two from the top of the dash to the OBD socket.UseEven in GPS mode this does have some interesting features, including a live digital readout of speed, which is only in KPH rather than MPH, which is disappointing, particularly as it remained reading out KPH even after I had changed it over in the settings, and indeed even says "MPH" on the display, while showing KPH. I did try messing around with settings and managed to find an adjustment for MPH that can be varied by a percentage , eventually by trial and error I found setting it to 63% made the MPH fairly accurate. Secondly all of the main headings in the various sections are in Italian and remained so, even after changing language to "English" in the settings!The inclineometer is of less interest to me, but seems to work okConclusionI wouldn't buy this, unless you have OBD II in your car, however, it can be adjusted to make the MPH readout accurate by setting the MPH in settings to "63%". I find the large digital speed readout is very useful when driving, especially in those 50mph limits on some motorways. I'm sure this will be useful to some, but I note there are simpler items on sale that are cheaper and only display digital speed.

Poor Build Quality, uses mini USB for connection to the main unit, OBD connector is overly large, so in my case it sat too proud, preventing the car OBD port cover from being reattached. The big problem is after the one-time initial setup, once the car had been parked and then restarted. The only way I could reestablish the connection was to disconnect from the OBD port and reconnect once my car had completed its self Diagnosis. This had to be done every time to be able to use this product. I contacted the MRCARTOOLS Facebook page for advice but had my polite comment asking for advice deleted. It was quite difficult to remove this product from my dashboard it was well-stuck and very fragile that you could easily snap the built-in stand. I would have much preferred better mounting options such as a suction mount for the windscreen. I sent this product back for a refund as it was a total waste of my time and money.

Great upgrade for any car especially mine (Volvo S40) that doesn't show the miles per gallon. It connected with no issues and now I can track my MPG along with speedometer, turbo pressure, battery voltage and many other readouts. There are a few themes to choose from so you never get bored of the look. I would of liked more ways to mount it as once it's fitted to your dash it's kind of hard to remove without breaking but overall it's a great product for the price and a great upgrade for any car enthusiasts

I am very happy with this digital inclinometer because it offers me more information about my road trip and helps me when I go off road in camping.I like that is very simple to mount and to use.You can wire it to car battery or more simple to 12 v socket.Is very intuitive and simple to use.You can adjust brightness that I found to be very useful.

The display is so faint you can hardly see it, even when you turn the brightness up. Would not recommend this until they sort out this problem. Really disappointed
