RapidLashEyelash Enhancing Serum

Repurchased this twice so much better growth than any other product, just stay consistent and you will see great results i found when i didn’t use it consistently it wont work as effective. Other than that no other problems.

It's been 8 weeks now since my first application of Rapidlash & am really pleased with the length of my lashes. Even my almost non existent bottom lashes have grown longer. Although I've always had healthy lashes, they were short & fine inspite of having thick darkish eyebrows (a bit lighter now with age...LOL!). For the first time in my life I now have long lashes!! Had always hated the texture of lash extension type mascara as they always make the lashes look over-coated & messy but I had no choice as I didn't like the idea of damaging my lashes with extensions.Before using Rapidlash, my eyelashes barely peeked out of the silicone part of my Shu-uemara lash curler... that's how short they were! Now they are just above the level of the logo of the Shu-uemara on the top of the curler, which is about 4-5mm... I was very skeptical about seeing any improvement, but, as usual, thanks to all the positive Amazon reviews, I decided to have a try. (I always read Amazon reviews before deciding on any purchases...).HOWEVER, although it's grown in length considerably, the lashes still remain fine. If the lashes got thicker I will consider it a real bonus... At least, now I have lashes long enough to use my favorite waterproof mascara without resorting to the lash extension type. Can't have it all, I guess. Better than having porcupine lashes...It took about 4-5 weeks before I noticed the first sign of lashes getting longer. Instead of being skeptical, everyday I use the curler to compare the length of lashes of before & current. I'd stopped using the curlers as it didn't do anything for my short lashes but that was before...now I have lashes to curl.I think for me it will be difficult to stop using this product as I can't imagine going back to short lashes again. I am also a big fan of Mavala Double-Lash serum. Although with Mavala I never had any increase in length nor thickness of lashes, I found it great for conditioning as I use mascara daily. It did help with the eyebrows though. I started using it when I first noticed the outer corner of eyebrows getting thinner & now eyebrows are back to normal. It also helps to keep eyebrows in shape without using hairspray. Maybe Mavala Double-Lash will work if the serum is applied close to lash-line as instructed by Rapidlash... I'd applied it like a mascara & always avoided the lash-line due to the mascara type applicator being quite hard. I think might try applying it to lash-line with a brush at night to see if it will boost the thickness & Rapidlash in the morning.Side-effects of Rapidlash (on me):I found it made the the eyelids & the under-eye skin just below bottom lashes discolored. It's like when there's residual mascara deposit on the skin. The top lids doesn't pose a problem as I always uses brown eyeshadow but more difficult to mask the discoloration under the bottom lashes. Concealers just look a bit grayish when applied over it. Also, tiny little hair grew where the discoloration is on the bottom lids (but not on the top eyelids). This I pluck away. I think people with deep-set eyes won't have this problem as their eyelids have no contact with the lash line. Maybe it's my olive-skin color & hopefully when I'm suntanned again it won't be noticeable.For the last 3 weeks I've started applying Rapidlash in the morning instead of at night, & letting it dry before putting face cream & make-up. Whilst waiting for it to dry, I do eye exercises (it stops the eyelids from touching the lash line whilst waiting for it to dry) whilst brushing my teeth...ha!ha! 3-in-1routine! I have noticed less discoloration this way...I guess I have to give it time for the skin to renew itself.Overall, thumbs-up for the product & I know I will definitely continue using this product. Even after 8 weeks of daily application there's still serum left in the bottle but unfortunately no way of knowing how much is left. So will be getting some reserve before it runs out. I might order from Amazon US next time though as I noticed that their prices are cheaper & they do double packs.So... Here's to blinking at u kids!!

I have always had short, light coloured lashes. I have used this for 7 weeks now and I can confirm that my eyelashes are longer, and there are more of them. The length is not dramatic, but they are longer, and potentially slightly thicker too. They do look better. They are not darker, but that doesn't matter, I would still wear mascara anyway.Used on eyebrows also, which have grown back well - potentially may have grown as much in this time anyway, but I am happy with my eyebrows now.Reasonable price and does work. Doesn't make you into a glamour model, but does improve what you've got!Update:I have used this for 2 months now and I am very happy with the improvement in length and number of eyelashes. I never really witnessed any thickening of my lashes but wow, that is enough so I am happy. Since the effects are supposed to wear off when you stop using it I went to rebuy it but the price had gone up. After reading a lot of reviews I tried urLash I tried that instead as it was a bit cheaper. But I would come back to rapid lash in a second and I am now kicking myself for trying a cheaper product rather than the one the original, genuine product which I knew worked!

*Warning to other potential buyers* Like many others i purchased this eyelash enhancing serum by RapidLash in the hope of growing nice long lashes, but i found out that you have to sacrifice or risk your eye health in order to get these long lashes. The first time i used this product i had a weird unpleasant sensation under my eyelids, it felt like sand was under my eyelids and felt scratchy and horrible. I also developed a line just above my lash line on my eyelid skin (which i still have now) which is part of the side effect of the product, but it must be a permanent burn as they are still there, and i only used this product once. I wished i was able to use it but could not use this product anymore. After i sent the product back i did some more reading up about it online and found out that the feeling of sand under the eyelids is one of the unpleasant side effects that people can get. But i also found out something far more concerning, that this product (and many other eyelash enhancer gels) contain a prostaglandin (an ingredient used in treatment for glaucoma patients) The prostaglandin makes the eyelashes nice and long (which is a side effect for glaucoma patients when they have the treatment) but for people with normal eyes, prostaglandins can change your eye colour, and the change is permanent. For anyone who doubts this it would be useful to read about a journalist who used one of these eyelash enhancers and her eyes turned brown permenently, and she lost the sparkle completely. It can also cause vision disturbances in your eyes. This alarmed me and i was relieved the product caused me discomfort, as i would never have returned it and found out more. I urge people to be careful when finding an eyelash enhancer to use, as most of them do contain a type of prostaglandin. Ask yourself is it worth sacrificing the health of your eyes just for vanity? If you know about the risks and still want to use eyelash enhancers, look into getting one of the more natural ones that doesnt contain a prostaglandin. Im suprised that this product is allowed as its dangerous to eye health

Amazing product. Previously tried UKLash and that didn’t work for me. This did in 4 weeks I have a great growth. I lost my lashes from extensions and now I have healthy lashes back.The before pics show the lack of lash (swollen due to extensions) and now you can see the diff.
