Worked on 3 sets of goggles!
Used for my own and my two kids goggles who swim competitively and it’s works great! Applied the day before. Let it dry on. Used for two separate day swim sessions and none to minimal by the end of the second session. A quick pool rinse of the lens clears the fog and you are good to go for an extended period again 👍🏻 fully recommend

Really effective and easy to use!
Really recommend this! Easy to use, just one spray in each eye of the goggles and then rub in to let dry.Lasted the whole time I was swimming and then reapplied if needed for next swim. Good quality and effective at reducing fog/steam on goggles. Definitely worth the money!

Works pretty well if you follow the instructions...but instructions aren't clear
I haven't tried this yet with wearing a face mask, but I have tried it on my eyeglasses when in my hot tub and find it does work pretty well there. It doesn't 100% prevent fogging but I do notice a marked improvement. The instructions say that after spreading a thin coating on both sides of the lenses to wait "a few seconds" (in some languages) and "a few minutes" (in other languages). All on the same label. Obviously, there is a big difference between "a few seconds" and "a few minutes" so I wasn't sure which to follow. I simply waited until the liquid I had spread looked dry before rinsing and wearing. And that seemed to work. But hopefully they can improve their label instructions because I wonder if that's why it's not working for some people and they are leaving bad reviews.

Excellent for preventing mist when using a VR headset
I bought this antifog spray to use for my Samsung Gear VR headset. I found that when I put the headset both lenses would mist over and not go away. If this was going to happen during summer, when the temperature difference is minimal, it was only going to get worse over the colder months.I decided to test the efficacy of this product, so I went ahead and put the headset on with no treatment. Before the front menu in Occulus loaded the lenses had already misted up. I removed the headset and wiped the lenses using a microfiber cloth, then put the headset back on. Lo and behold, they misted up again.I then sprayed the Cressi Antifog spray onto the lense, one squirt each, and gently cleaned the lense surface using a microfibre cloth. There were some smears on the lense, but if you wait for 30 seconds this will evaporate off leaving a streak-free finish. I donned the headset and voila, no misting! I managed to play a game for 30mins - 45mins before I decided to take a break, and still no misting up! I noticed that my forehead was a little sweaty and the lenses were still crystal clear. On the next day, I did find that the lenses would mist up so you need to re-apply this spray. With one squirt in each lense, this bottle should last a long time. All in all, I am very impressed with this product!

Patience needed but this works!
Having ruined a fairly new pair of goggles by accidentally putting through a washing machine cycle, I decided to try an anti fog spray. There are so many mixed reviews out there, I have been hesitant to ever trial before. So the goggles misted up within about 10 seconds of use.I read countless reviews, all with different suggestions and felt bewildered.I tried various suggestions and each time I swam, goggles still fogged almost immediately.Then......I noticed a review which said they left the spray to dry then rinsed briefly and it worked.I was at the point of thinking the spray didn't work at all, so thought I would have one last try.I washed the goggles gently first and left to dry naturally. Only ever use a drop of mild baby shampoo for washing goggles.I then sprayed one spray in each lens, and contrary to what is usually said, never to touch lenses with fingers, smeared it gently to cover the entire lens. Left to dry. Rinsed briefly with clean water (actually used water from our de-humidifier as is more pure than tap water, also use in iron)Went to the sea, put goggs on dry and oh dear, fogged straight away. Anyway, I tried the other suggestion and swirled briefly in the sea and wow! I swam for 25 mins and still no sign of fogging! So I would say this spray is a game changer. I wished I hadn't thrown away my previous pair as might well have got them good again with the spray. I cannot comment how long the bottle will last, so only 3 stars for that, but will update after some while.I have managed to get 2 x 15..20 ,min swims from one spray, but generally find that I refresh each time I swim.I hope this helps to clarify a lot of mystery about this product! Happy clear swimming.I don't swim in chlorinated water so cannot comment how that would affect the spray. But it works in the sea.

It works, but you need to reapply
Anti-Fog just isn't what it used to be anymore, however this product has managed to minimise some of the pain caused by misty goggles. I spray the anti fog before every swim and dip it once before putting the goggles on.The reason I do it every time, is that although it works. I don't think it stays effective over multiple swims. However I do clean my goggles regularly too as I swim both outdoors and in the pool, and want to keep the longevity of my goggles so I probably wash the coating off every time I wash them anyway. And because of requiring to do long distance outdoor swims, I can't run the risk of them fogging up after an hour and then needing to stop every 5 mins to wipe it away.Once you spray them, it looks like bubbles form, just wipe the solution around the goggles with your finger and leave to dry. Once dry, rinse once, do not put your finger back on the lenses as you run the risk of wiping off the anti fog coating. If like me you've accidently got it on the rubber eye part, just clean the solution off this area so your goggles still get a good seal.I have used this for long swims (12 hours) and once the solution is applied the anti fog does last the whole swim.
