Solid, Reliable Sustain Pedal
I got this for my keyboard, and it’s been great so far. It has a nice weight to it, doesn’t slide around on the floor, which is exactly what I was looking for.It works perfectly with my keyboard, and the polarity switch is a great feature, making it compatible with most brands. The build quality feels solid, and the pedal has a good amount of resistance, making it comfortable to use.

Amazing
Bought this for my Yamaha p-145 As i thought the p-145 didn’t come with a pedal but once i unvoxked the keyboard i though i wasted my money on a new sustain pedal. However this one is so much better, it’s much bigger and heavier giving it the authentic and real feel. Amazing product

Great value, solid weight, weak mechanism that distracts and spoils the playing experience.
The media could not be loaded. Firstly the positives. Great value for money. Has a solid weight to it and the plastics feel good quality for the price. It also is quite grippy so stays in place on the floor as you play and is stable. The pedal weight is good and offers good resistance. Amazon customer service and return was completely painless on the first purchase, and a replacement was sent out next day. So very happy with the service and purchasing experience. The deal-breaker for me is the pedal mechanism. The up/down is smooth, however there is a lot of horizontal pedal movement that causes a clicking/knocking noise and feel when you play. Please see attached video. I returned the first order for a replacement and both were identical, so presume it is by design. Some internal cushioning material could resolve this, but hearing and feeling it as you play is an unacceptable distraction. Has a kind of "this is going to fail in time" feel to it.One other weakness is that there is no partial/variable sustain control; it's either full on or off so won't suit a player who needs to vary the amount of sustain with their foot.On balance though, there is no denying that it is good value for money if you are looking for a basic, cheap and cheerful sustain pedal and don't mind the distracting clicking, and also are happy to not have partial sustain capabilities.

For its price is good
For its price is good, its an on off Sustain Pedal with no half step something i taught i did not need or know about untill later on,i should of payed more money for one with halfstep but this one will do for now,It has not worked good with fl studio and kontakt as one press down adds Sustain and you have to repress it again to undo Sustain,i found its a fl studio errors and will need to look into it more as it works ok in kontakt standalone and in other DAWS.I also got a M-Audio EX-P - Expression Pedal and will use the two pedals with kontakt and my nektar p6,If i was to get one pedal i would go with the M-Audio EX-P - Expression Pedal as it can also be used as aon off Sustain Pedal just like this one but it comes with 0 to 127 velocity that can be changed as you like,If i could start again i would get one Sustain Pedal with halfstep and the Expression Pedal .

Still going strong after 10 years
Figured it was only fair that I came and reviewd this after realising I'd been using it for 10 years. It's been a really nice pedal. Solid feel to it and it's stood the test of time. Used it every other day when playing for 10 years straight.I have had 1 issue in those 10 years, but it was an easy fix. When you press the pedal, there's a pivot point inside the housing. In a way, the foot pedal is like a see-saw, pivoting on 2 screws that go through each side of the pedal. One of those managed to unscrew itself. Probably with the amount of use it's seen. Anyway, all I had to do was unscrew the base plate and rescrew the pivot screw. And it was back to working perfectly. It's very simple inside, nothing more than some contact points that are either pressed or unpressed. I have no doubts it'll last me another 10 years!

Amazing
This pedal is amazing! Sound quality is good and very portable. I was worried it wasn’t going to work with my keyboard but worked amazing. Definitely worth the price

Great build quality and weight.
This is such a great pedal for a stage piano or keyboard. I’ve owned several Yamaha or Korg equivalents and this easily matches them in quality. Plus it’s a good heavy piece of kit which means it doesn’t slip or slide around as much as some other makes do. Highly recommend it.
