I wish I had bought a sample of this product. I bought the large size after good reviews but I find it very bitter. I actually gave it away as I could not find a good use for it. I tried it in sweet and savoury.

Sa di vecchio
comprata tempo fa per avere sempre a disposizione la buccia di limone al fine di non sprecare inutilmente un limone che puntualmente dopo aver utilizzato la buccia per qualche preparazione in cui era richiesta, veniva puntualmente buttato via. Non mi aspettavo un sapore uguale a quello di una buccia appena grattata, ma io la trovo quasi inutilizzabile, Sa di vecchio. Io non la consiglio assolutamente.
