one of life's little pleasures
Ah! Roger and Gallet soaps. They are my one little luxury. I had not tried this perfume before and it is a light, very citrus-y scent, unlike the spicy Gingimbre and Bois d'Orange I usually go for. Once again the soaps are beautifully packaged in individual tissues and then in a glorious box (much to ggod to throw away and useful for trinkets when empty). The soaps themselves last far longer than supermarket soap and the perfume lasts to the very end. A little bit of heaven on earth!

Love these scented soaps
My grandmother always used Carnation Roger & Gallet. You can’t buy that scent anymore but the Rose scent reminds me of her. Lathers up well

I have not been able to buy this soap where I live ..can't even get them to order it for me ! so sheer heaven to finally get it .I have used this brand for about 30 years and just love it .heavenly smell and gentle soap .whole shower room just smells divine now ...it is like seeing an old friend . Very creamy and gentle ..just love it and sooooo pleased I googled it and got it here ..no waiting came very quickly .someone suggested it would make a nice present ..I was horrified , ! Far too good for that !!

Nice soap, lathers well, but .. The box is pink. The tissue wrap is pink. The soap is a yellow-cream colour - sadly for me, it looks terrible in my (inherited) pink bathroom.

Love this luxury item
I have used R & G Carnation soap for 20+ years and I could no longer locate it several years ago. Very disappointing so hesitantly tried the rose and I must say I really like it. It too has a touch of a clove scent and the scent lasts many hours and is not strong but subtle. Will buy again.
