Good quality product
Ordered as a number of recipes require ground aji amarillo, and this works well as a time saver, rather than processing the dried chillies. Good service, arrived promptly, would buy again.

Das ist definitiv kein aji amarillo!
Finger weg von diesem Produkt! Das ist kein aji amarillo wie angegeben. Alleine schon von der Optik her kamen uns Zweifel. Aji amarillo ist gelblich/orange und dieses Pulver ist bräunlich wie man unschwer erkennen kann. Ich habe ein paar Jahre in Peru gelebt und einige Varianten gesehen. Naja gut, wir dachten wir geben dem ganzen eine Chance und wollten eine Sauce für das peruanische Gericht Papa a la huancaína machen. Das Resultat sieht man auf dem Foto. Jeder der schon einmal mit aji amarillo gekocht hat kann sehen, dass das so nicht aussehen darf! Wir waren sehr, sehr enttäuscht und wütend. Knapp 10 Euro für die Tonne. Eine absolute Frechheit! Das muss aus dem Sortiment genommen werden.
