AFUNTA Serial ATA Sata Hard Drive Data Cable Lead

Just what I needed to tidy up the hard-drive cables to my drives. The 90 degree end means the cable exits the drive, and goes instantly down towards the bottom of the case where the SATA connectors are located on the motherboard.A bit longer that expected/needed at 50cm, but the excess cable length will be easy to hide given the 90 degree bend sending the cable to the bottom of the case so well.The only problem is that they have been wrapped in a bag folded into 3, and when you take them out they wish to keep the shape the have been packed in. I used a pair of bull-dog clips to clip them to the top of a warm radiator overnight and that got the kinks out.Most happy.

Delivery took an absolute age, which seems to be a very common factor with people buying this product. It took almost a month - yes a month - for this wire to finally tumble through my letter box. So be warned, if you need a SATA cable as soon as possible, look elsewhere.Once they were plugged into my computer (I personally don't like the L shape too much, but I can see how it benefits), they have worked flawlessly ever since. And so they should if I'm honest, it's just a cable after all.So they're absolutely flawless, but they take ages to arrive. It's down to personal circumstances whether this is for you or not. I live in the South of England.

Serial ATA Sata Hard Drive Data Cable LeadI ordered 4 of these Serial ATA HDD data cables on 13th Feb 2016 and they were delivered in mainland UK on 12th March 2016 (1 day before tentative delivery date). Apart from the time it took for delivery, the cable seems to be in perfect condition and were decently packed.The cables have a length of about 18 inches or about 45cm and the 90 degree connector on one end is of the 'right' angle variety (the images on the product page show a 'left' angled connector). Please check on the 'right' or 'left' angle connector variety before ordering as per your requirements. Apart from the length, the following is printed on the cables "PLUSCABLE Serial ATA 26AWG AWM STYLE 2725 80^ 30V VW-1 MADE IN CHINA". I am assuming that these would function as well as any other SATA cable and I hope there will not be any performance issues.These cables came with locking connectors and this is a major plus and this feature was not mentioned in the product details.The main reason for the 4 star review is the price and the fact that these have locking connectors. I would have given it 5 stars if I was able to track the shipment, I had almost given up on getting these in the mail and was thinking of ordering from a different vendor...

Unless you desperately need one of these cables to connect your SATA heart monitor, SATA dialysis machine or SATA breathing apparatus this review is not going to change your world to any great degree.What can you say about a cable that connects A to B and works?: it's both the bare minimum and the absolute maximum you can expect a cable to do.I suppose if you were that way inclined you could use it as a very tiny skip rope, or braid it in you hair, or use it to garrotte a small animal. If you were that way inclined that is.However, the vast majority of people will simply use this to connect a SATA powered device to a SATA socket. If your device needs a USB or a 3pin plug or a high-voltage direct current transmission line, this may not be up to the task.So to conclude, I have used this cable to connect my SATA HDD to my mATX motherboard, and would you believe it; it works.

I dont normally review items, but this is my first bad experience with Amazon.The cable itself is fine, its a SATA cable it does what it's supposed to, however the delivery of the item was poor. I have waited two weeks for this item to arrive, which at first I thought was a long time, but then I checked and found out that it was coming from China, so I stopped worrying about the slow delivery time.Today I received the item, a girl came to my door with the package, which had been opened, and said that she had found it on the side of the road near by. I dont know whether the courier had opened it, seen that it had little value and left it, or whether the girl had opened it, but I am still disappointed that this happened.I have still given 3 stars as I want to be fair, and the product does work perfectly fine.

I recently bought this SATA cable due to my old one breaking at the locking system of my SATA hard disk. I am highly impressed with the length, the quality and most importantly the price of the cable. It has a simple locking system and will not break easily, as I had to apply a lot of pressure to insert into the SATA connector on my hard drive. Also it apparently seems to transmit data much faster than my previous cable. I am happy with this purchase 5*.

Bought this because my one cable broke as i took it out the hard drive so i bought this because it was cheap. It is 0.5m long it didn't say this in the description so it was risky. It fitted perfectly in my hp dc7900 convertible mini tower. Overall you cant say much about a cable. But i will say again its a good quality cable!!!!

They work really well for my needs and I can't find any difference in speed between these and other more professional ones, so a great purchase. They did take a little while to come but for this price and with free delivery, I can't complain. Would buy again if I needed to build or repair a computer that had faulty cables!

Usado para conectar un disco duro SSD en un ordenador algo obsoleto y que no disponía de cables suficientes le ha dado una nueva vida. De momento y tras más de un año de uso, funciona perfectamente.

Der Winkelstecker ist entgegen den Fotos um 180 Grad verdreht. Daher für mich unbrauchbar.
