This is the first time I have used this companies product and I can honestly say I am impressed. Some reviews complained about the quality but, to me, there is nothing wrong with the feel, or look, of this product. I have no complaints whatever, the functions all work well. Assembly is easy and quick and cleaning is also easy. Glad I bought this, it has come in very, very handy, thank you.

I've just bought a new one of these to replace the last one. I abuse blenders terribly and get through several a year. This has lasted the longest so far, other than an old kenwood model that's no longer availableI wouldn't recommend hanging it from the little rubber thing at the top, this is what broke ours. Other than that it's simple to use, powerful and not too noisy (for a blender). It's blended boiling liquids, hard materials and used it repeatedly on and off for days on end. It's good value for the price.

Was unsure about purchasing this due to the lack of reviews and because its a relatively unknown company. Was pleasantly surprised as it exceeds my expectations; its sturdy, well-made and easy to clean. I use it everyday, it does overheat so only use it for afew minutes at a time.

The blades part is hold in place by 2 small rings inside the cylinder. One of them is gone and the blades went out of the safety compartment. Impossible to use it anymore.

To be honest- I'm not so impressed with this blender, It is hard to open/close, a bit too heavy handle, feels like I can break the plastic bowl.My previous blender chopped in small bowl better and this one only throw chunks to the sides and they stay there unblended.

The myriad of products that do the same thing is mind boggling but I chose these because the colour was nice and the power was reasonable for the price, so far they have done everything I have asked of them.

Delighted with this product. Handle for stick blender heavier than my old one (different brand) but it reflects the power fullness and efficiency of the blender. Strong and sturdy and not too noisy when in use. Very happy! Customer service excellent.

I have been using this for 1 month nowSo far it's perfect. Let's hope it keeps on working as mine last one (Braun brand) suddenly stopped working when I was grinding tomatoes only after 2 years of usual kitchen use.
