I have been using thise 0.5 mm dermaroller and I'm quite happy with the results so far. I have some acne scars which have been smoothed (they haven't "disappeared", but they have improved). Also, generally speaking my skin looks much better: smoother, softer and healthier, and my wrinkles have started to fade out. Even my pores seem to be closing!I use it twice a week, with very little pressure , 4 rolls each way (my skin is really sensitive, and the first time I used it I pressed too hard and to many times and next morning my face was a painful red mess). After that, I use hyaluronic acid or rosehip oil (one day hyaluronic acid, the other rosehip oil).I clean it with Milton tablets after every use, and with hot water just before using it.I don't rate it with 5 stars because I haven't bee using it long enough to check long-term results, but I'll keep my review updated with any changes I notice.And sorry for my English, I know it's far from perfect!

I bought 3 different sizes of roller on Amazon from different sellers (this one was actually from BeautycareUK) and this I think is the best quality as the needles are in a cross pattern rather than set together in lines. The English instructions on the box aren't translated very well but the roller works perfectly well and is much cheaper than others I've seen online. Plan to replace my other 2 rollers with this type instead.

I’ve just started to use this but will persevere - as yet haven’t noticed any improvement in skin tone!

I have been using it for 6 months and it is really good. However, you should buy a new one after 5 months of use in order to have a good result.

The best roller !, don't buy another one, this roller is fantastic and really cheap. I bought the same a few years ago in a salon for €50!, it works, I use it at night and next morning my skin looks fantastic. Buy it now!
