Not very impressed with this roller. The needles don't seem fine or sharp enough and thusly it doesn't penetrate the skin the way it should, at least not without quite a bit of force. Not really what you want when you're doing skin rolling.

Does this work? I have no idea yet as I have just started using it. It does, however, make my skin red when I use it I also ensure that I use a good cream, with vit C in it, afterwards. The roller was a lot smaller than I expected but that's probably my fault for not checking the size.

nice
This item is ok, however I found after using the roller, my face came up in rashes. But this could have been due to the cream I used on my face.

Does what it says
I have been using this roller for three weeks 2-3 times a week on brown spots left by blemishes on my face. i definately see a difference plus i look more youthfull. It does sting a little while rolling. And you turn red for about 30 min to an hour. Fresh aloe helps that though. Do buy a sterilizer spray to keep the roller clean after each use. Good product...

I had this about four or five days now. I use it alongside the collagen gell. I bought it because I needed a bit of a skin pick me up and I am always looking for new ideas. I am in my 40's now and I like to keep myself looking at my best for as long as I can.I don't buy the latest Hype type treatments from the big brand creams as I have done that all before. They make little difference except to my bank balance. I use budget creams with the right ingredients such as AC E vitamins hyaluronic acid etc. I havent bothered with collagen really before believing it cant penetrate deep enough through the dermal layer. Thats when I did a little research for the dermal roller and collagen; I found that the creases to the nasal- labial fold appear reduced after about three treatments on really clean skin. The skin appears pink and perfused after a treatment. which i dont mind.It hurts if you do it deeply enough any how. I find doing it slowly helps and its over pretty quickly so its manageable. Some reviewers have said try with emla cream. I didnt so cant comment on that but I guess its worth a try.Good results so far for me i will let you know a bit more long term if the benefits last or really make enough of a difference for the pain and effort.
