Effective relief
Love the colour, but most importantly the product brings fast.relief to pain on the hip and buttock area. Has eased my sciatica symptoms almost immediately. Quick to freeze but quite bulky in the freezer. The straps are brilliant and sturdy, and means you can shift and adjust the position. The freezing cold product stays relatively cool for a long time and I recommend this to anyone with pain or.swelling inthe hip area specifically. However I imagine it can also be used on other painful areas as needed.

Invaluable after hip surgery
Just as good as the expensive ice machine that you hire! I have 2, one to freeze, one to use. Can strap it on and get on with life! Very effective.

Was a great relief used along side heat cushion and this. Comfortable wear, was really useful within the first week of recovery.

Bought in advance for my hip replacement surgery soon as was advised to have ice packs this is perfect put in freezer for 2 hours then attach to hip with strap it’s brilliant can use hot also great price great size easy to use
