The backpack is nice and spacious, but the structure is too filmsy and the laptop pocket is in the deeper side, so if you would like to extract just the laptop, you need to open it wider and all the things you put in the opening side are likely to fall down. This is so unconvenient. A harder structure and change the position of the laptop pocket will improve the design a lot.

Comfy, good valued backpack with plenty pockets. Downside it does stain easily, if I was to buy another I would get a dark colour not the pink one as it now look tatty after a few weeks.

Used this as carry on bag instead of a handbag, sooo much easier, with front pockets for passports and paperwork - brilliant

I liked the idea of a bag that could be unzipped all the way round and made for easy access rather than having to fish around for things. The concept was good, the bag is spacious and the compartments useful but it was a cheap bag and after only one use the lining came away so not value for money. I will do more research and invest in a sturdier quality bag.
