Pretty good support
The media could not be loaded. I tried 4 different neck pillows before finalising this. Totally worth it. I got one for my car seat, one for my home office chair and one for my office office chair.I have big cervical problems, so helping in support a lot.Others I found were very thin / thick and didn't work.I'm 5'4" if that helps. But even others who are 5'10" also find it good.
