Works well!!
I take one of these with a womens multivitamin every day. My hair and nails feel stronger and grow faster. It’s always hard to tell if there is a difference in my skin. I’m 32 and trying to take care of myself as a preventative measure for my future. These taste amazing! I’ve been on these regularly for about three months now and I don’t think I’ll switch to anything else. The bottle says take two but since I’m taking these in conjunction with a women’s multi, I only take one. Never had a bad reaction and no breakouts or anything as a result of taking this.

Works well and quickly
I noticed how well these worked when I had new growth on a nail that had been damaged and not growing for almost a year. I cut my hair to about an inch (just tired of it) within a year it had grown back to almost the same length that took several years to grow previously.
