RO membrane failed 2 days after the 10 day return window
Upon installing the kit - the Sediment filter did not work - output pressure was very low - to avoid downtime purchased another new Sediment filter from local store and completed the installation. The TDS was fine initially ( inlet 250 / output 35 ). The taste started turning bad after 10 days. On 12th day, the output TDS is 110 while inlet in 250. Very pathetic quality membrane. The customer care number is not reachable. Very bad experience with the product.
