I use this as a phone mount for my car. I drive something with a convertible rooftop, and it's frequently down in the summer, which means my phone is not only under the windshield and not getting airflow but is also getting blasted by blazing sunlight. I have been using this for a while, and it works excellently. The gripping arms are more sturdy than other options I have tried, and this does an excellent job moving heat so long as the fan isn't blocked. Even then, it still does well enough. The fan is a bit loud, but when driving I don't hear it and protects my phone from overheating while running my Android Auto. Absolutely recommend and I plan on getting another. Just note, this won't work well with 99% of cases! It works best if you don't have one at all, but I was able to find one for my phone made of a thermally conductive material.Quick additional note: Make sure you use a strong enough USB power adapter! Even some of my 15w USB-C bricks don't like this thing and it won't power it. The technology these things use is VERY power hungry and not just any USB adapter will work, if it doesn't power on- try something else!

I was impressed .. it's a bit larger than I expected, but then again there a fan inside the unit ..Overall this cooling unit definitely works well , it's just kinda bulky ..Other than the bulkiness, this thing is fantastic .. great price for what it does ..Works 100 percent as advertised ..

The media could not be loaded. One thing I’d like to point out is you HAVE to have this thing connected to the charger and the adapter has to be at least 3.1A but on their website and app they recommend 5V 2A for their coolers. So if you get a red light and the fan doesn’t blow that’s why.FOR THE VALUE this is a great device for cooling my iPhone 12 Pro. This is my first cooler and im AMAZED by the quality! Its fits the phone nice. The noise is not obnoxious at all but if you’re streaming I suggest you move the mic away from your phone because it still picks up the blowing sound. I’ve played 4 - 6 matches of pubg mobile and I haven’t received any frame drops or lag and I can play at even higher settings than before. If one thing I could change is how it has to stay plugged in to work but it’s not that bad. I also would advise black shark to put packaging in English for NA customers. The Chinese letters were a bit misleading but they left QR codes the their app and I put them in the video i provided so that yall can see. I would give this device a 9/10. Definitely going to upgrade to the pro version soon.Had to mute the video because my baby nephew in the background yapping baby talk.

Very satisfied with the coolers from the Black Shark brand, I had a FunCooler 2 Pro for 3 and a half years that still works today and this cooler (FunCooler 4 Pro), I have no doubt that it will do its job and will work just as smoothly for the next 3-4 years. Price and design, impeccable, I have nothing to ask for more, it is exactly what I need.

Purchased an advertised new phone fan for $50.00 with a warranty. The box was already opened & the charging cable loose on the bottom of box. Fan doesn’t turn on at all & will not charge. (I also tried my own cable). Company would not respond & kicked me back to Amazon which kicked me back to the seller three times in two days spending 5 hours.I am now stuck with a piece of crap that doesn’t work. All I could get from Amazon were instructions telling me to take the whole thing apart with specialized tools & use oil & other items I don’t have & I would not be unable to do so plus I would need to continue going back & fourth between two AI’s that don’t help.

I’ve had this for 8 months, it works very good at first, it keeps the phone cool as it’s supposed to. But it stops working…. I’ve had to replace cords just for it to work again, the cords still charge other devices, but for some reason it just doesn’t work with the cooling fan anymore. Which is pretty annoying since the cords work fine except when it comes to the cooling fan, perhaps the cord gets too hot. I’m not sure what the problem is.

This phone cooler has been a lifesaver. I use my phone to livestream my son's baseball games on Gamechanger. My phone would overheat at times during the livestream and viewers at home would lose the video feed. This cooler now keeps my phone cool, and I am able to keep livestreaming the game.
