Really works great drink water works best with a lot of water

I have been taking it for a while and consistently but I have not seen any help or benefit. I guess the good thing is that I didn’t get any side effect either. This sup is suppose to help with stress and and aid in sleep, but I still have trouble sleeping and being tired. Maybe this one is not concentrated enough or a bad batch or something ? Everyone is different and responds differently so it might be worth a shot. Having said that, it contains organic silica? I’m not sure what that is but silica seems like it should not belong here so idk about that part.

I’ve just started taking this brand this month (I’ve taken another brand of Ashwagandha for about a year, but since the price keeps increasing on that one I’ve decided to shop around and try others), so I can’t comment on the absorption or advocacy just yet. I will update this review after a couple weeks if there are any negatives....I’m very glad that this brand includes black pepper since many I’m seeing do not, and that is necessary for the best absorption. These are a compressed type tablet, so I'm guessing vegetarians/vegans don't have to worry about gelatin on these? I’ve had no trouble with swallowing or with odd lingering flavors. Serving size is two tablets, so this bottle of 60 is a 30 day supply. I’ve been very annoyed while shopping around to see other brands using a “three tablet” serving size but still only a 60 count - so you don’t even get a full month (I do not need shrink-flation in my supplements).So props to this brand for NOT doing that. The price for a one month supply on these is really great!

This is a great value for an overall all health, energy and skin supplement. The pills and easy to swallow and they’re a very little filler or side effects.

It’s 2 tablets per serving so you get a months worth. Theres 1350 mg per serving which is a good potency or 675 mg per each tablet. I like to take 1 at lunch and one at dinner to spread it out. Ashwagandha is good for so many things so of which are - Reduces blood sugar levels- Has anti cancer properties- Reduces stress and anxiety- Reduces inflammation- Lowers cholesterol- Improve brain functionThese are also easy to swallow and there no aftertaste.Overall these work well and have good potency plus there really cheap.I would recommend these

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that supports over-all health against stress. I've been taking it for a while and I do feel it helps me a lot. Ashwagandha is one of those supplements that some people believe in and some don't. Some seem to derive benefit and others see no effect.If you are one of the people that benefits from it, this one seems to be a fairly decent option. Almost all the ingredients are organic, and it comes from a GMP certified facilityMy biggest concern with this is that is claims to contain "organic silica concentrate." Because silica is an inorganic mineral it cannot be "organic." The fact that they list a basic mineral ingredient as an "organic concentrate" makes me concerned that their labeling may be inaccurate. I suspect that it may actually be organic horsetail concentrate (which contains high amounts of silica) or something similar to that. But I do question the accuracy of their labeling because of this.

I have only been trying these for a week, and while I think they help some, I will have to use longer to determine. The dose is 2 tablets daily, I take without food and I have no stomach upset, and they have no scent or flavor which is nice.
