The media could not be loaded. One small nut was missing & one side fitting not good. Other nut used as found not available in the market as spares. Therefore disappointed with the product. Otherwise product seems to be good.

Pump does not fit into the bottle
The media could not be loaded. The pump does not fit into the bottle and hence it is unusable. Looks wise the product is good.My plumber was busy and could come only one week after it was delivered. Now I cannot return the product as it is beyond the 7 day return window.
