The Lew Electric PUFP-CT-HOSPITAL-SS is a pop up power outlet box designed for kitchen countertops, or any potentially wet location you need power and USB charging. The box is ETL and cETL listed for USA and Canada, it meets NEC code 406.5E and is apprived for countertop installations. The outlets is 20 amps and is a hospital grade outlet, there are two USB charging ports that share 3.6 amps and properly adjust the power to the devices being plugged in. The top is real stainless steel and is is IP44 liquid splash rated for protection. There is also a gasket under the bezel to keep water from coming in from the sides. The outlet requires power to be hardwired into the included back box is. The top bezel is 4 7/8" x 4 11/16", the cutout needed to install is 4 1/16" x 4 1/16". This pop up is perfect for shallow installations only taking up 3 1/8" of space under your counter. The plugs in the outlet are tamper proof making it an ideal choice for indoor kitchens.
