This book explains the surface level of feminine energy, and the misinformation spread around about it. I’d recommend this book to any woman feeling lost or a teenage girl that is about to enter womanhood.

Femininity is not often spoken about in an empowering way in this society. But this book is a breath of fresh air for anyone who is looking to learn about how to tap in to your feminine energy.It's mainly directed at woman, which makes sense. But I would also add that it is for the type of person who sees the value of traditional perspectives, otherwise you may not agree with the idea of two types of expressions (masculine and feminine). However, for those people who do have a more traditional mindset, this is the absolute perfect book for you. If you are trying to work on this kind of spiritual journey, I would highly recommend it.

This book was the perfect guide to doing the things that support your feminine energy.I loved how it touched on things that I never would have thought of. For example, it talks about connecting to the earth and how we can do that. It shared specific crystals that worked well for feminine traits.It even included ways to unlock your intuition and how to unlock your inner voice. I didn't realize how much I allowed my own inner voice to be drowned by the noises of others but this book showed me the path to connecting to my intuition properly.I'm very grateful for discovering this book.

A lot of things I read will stick with me. Definitely a book to keep coming back to for encouragement on your feminine journey.

The words in this book have given me the courage to nurture my social life and how that relates to relationships. I have for sure deepened this part of me as I've learned to lead with compassion and vulnerability. But I also learned how important it is to watch out for red flags when it comes to friendships. So my favorite chapter was the one about sisterhood and what we can do to empower each other through healthy sisterhood connections.
