Makes your food taste like the restaurant
If you find you can’t get your food to taste like your favorite restaurant, you might be missing msg. This is a huge bag and will likely last for years. Sprinkle some in your dishes and prepare to be wowed.

Makes all food taste better...
Works best with broths, soups, stews, liquid stuff but I put this in everything including meat marinades and scrambled eggs, makes everything taste better, dissolves easily.The unresealable plastic bag is a bit annoying but I just transfer the contents into tupper ware and meter it out from that instead.

interesting textural shape.
Rather than the tiny cube-like crystals I'm used to, these crystals are longer prisms (but still tiny). They don't dissolve as well into foods.

Everything tastes better with a little MSG!

Better taste but larger grains than with accent
Great deal. The taste is better then Accent and other common MSG options in the USA because they add disodium guanylate and inositate, which are naturally derived ribonucleosides that act synergistically with MSG to produce the umami flavor. Top shelf stuff! Note that the granules are slightly larger than Accent, so just be prepared for that
