Ordered under my husbands account hence the name!So I’ve really struggled to find the ‘right’ cup/disc. Everything felt uncomfortable no matter how much I rearranged it and I spent a small fortune trying out different ones!I took ages deciding which size to get because I didn’t want to get a large one and end up just as uncomfortable as all the others I tried! Decided to go with the medium.Was really happy to receive a cute little travel bag with extra goodies, a really clear instruction booklet and the disc itself. After a few tries I worried I should have ordered the small and contacted customer services for advice. I heard back immediately and was told they would send me a small disc free of charge for my persistence in trying to find the ‘right’ one. Within a couple of days I had received another little travel bag with the small.If I’m completely honest I still don’t know which suits me best and I tend to change between them depending on how much discomfort I am in. I have Adenomyosis so periods are really painful anyway and I really don’t want to add that pain!Every time I get the disc out of the little travel bag I am reminded of how kind the company were to send me another one and how effortless the whole situation was.The discs themselves are super flexible but with a sturdy enough rim that it keeps its shape well. If you are considering buying I would say do it! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and it might just end your ‘quest’ to find the right one if you are anything like me!Thanks Pixie!

Endometriosis and autism sufferer here !! I have been looking for a more sustainable period product for years, I tried a menstrual cup but have rather small anatomy and so removing the cup with the suction was very painful. I also found that tampons increased my cramping and I can’t stand the texture of pads !!! The menstrual disc is perfect !! It was so easy to insert and remove and I couldn’t feel it while it was inserted !! There was no suction and the removal string meant I could just pull with no pain !! I even managed to insert and remove with long acrylic nails !!I even ordered a size too small and emailed pixie and they sent me the correct size free of charge !! I’m really impressed ❤️

After hearing about all the metals & arsenic in tampons and sanitary pads, I wanted to find a new product to use which didn't affect my hormones. After not getting along with a menstrual cup years ago - I found this disc and Its brilliant! In my personal experience, it's the perfect size, I can't feel it at all, it's easy to insert and empty. Not to mention the cute little baggy it comes with and all the necessary cleaning accessories/sachets. My only gripe is that it can leak a little when using the loo, however this is easily fixed by just pushing it up further behind your pubic bone.

This menstrual disc is a super comfy and game-changing period product. It’s cute, flexible, leak-resistant, and lasts for half day even works for mess-free period sex. It might take a bit of practice at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a total breeze

The product is great like the inserting it no problem. I had a cup for an and needed to change it because I had used for a while and I wasn’t liking the suction of it. I like that the disc was help in place by the pelvic bone structure. However I think I got the wrong size because I experienced some leakage with the medium. I let pixie know and they have happily sent a new large one for free! I can’t wait to try it

This is meant to be pushed past the cervix so it cups it andf forms a seal, but it's not possible, at least with my anatomy. Because it spreads when inserted, you can't maintain that structure that would allow it to push past the cervix, the best I managed was to get it right below the cervix, which is pointless and painful. All this means if I want to make it work I have to buy the applicator which is another £20 on top of this and no guarantee it will actually work.

I ordered an incorrect size by mistake for this product. I contacted their customer service through the email given with the product and within just a couple of hours they had responded saying that they were sending me a replacement kit which includes 2 sizes of disc.I can’t yet comment on the use of the disc however, I’ve used other Pixie cups and have been very pleased with them, which is why I’m returning to them for my disc! The disc is beautifully packaged with a carry case and another holder which includes little extras like wipes and a packet of sterilising powder.I would highly recommend this product for the level of customer service alone.

This has absolutely changed my life. I researched quite a lot before buying, and even more before I came to use it. The pull string is super handy, though I am pretty sure in time I will be confident to use without. I'm not sure if I'm just lucky, but placing it has been easy so far, I cannot feel it (apart from the string at times). I did have a leak, but I think that is part of the learning curve and I am sure in a few cycles time I won't need any back up products because I'll be more confident in it. Give it a go, it's incredible.
