The customer support by Amazon was very disappointing.
The customer support team for the item was useless and she was not having any knowledge about the product. The issue that I face is the hard drive that came with the product is not detecting. The product I purchase was 16 channel hikvision CCTV full set and I install the same. But after installation, the hard drive is not detecting. So I called customer care for support and what I got was entirely useless.Very very disappointed with amazon.

Very cheap material not worth the money. Cameras and dvr all made from subpar material
