Fantastic gift for someone
Purchased as a gift for a friend who was ill, really appreciated it and said they helped

Lumpy but good
These taste great but I don't like that it remains lumpy for a while even when mixed up with a spoon. I find letting it sit in the water for a bit helps the mix absorb the water in my cup better and a stir after about 3-5 minutes helps create a smoother drink. I find it helps me on days in dehydrated and need a helping hand so I'd definitely recommend it. You don't get very many in the pack so I feel it's not the best value and coupled with the lumpiness I removed 1 star. Otherwise it's fab and yummy.

Nice gift for someone who's been ill
Quite an interesting and thoughtful gift to give to someone who has been ill recently and needs to recover.Having used these items before I know they work well they are useful after having an illness that I found dehydrating.Quick and easy to dissolve a nice flavors a thoughtful and kind gift for someone who's recuperating.
