The tin is a bit pressurised, so when you pull the tab, the coffee can almost burst out if you're not careful. I recommend opening it slowly and on a flat surface. Good quality coffee for moka pots. The grind works well, and the flavour is smooth with a bit of a chocolatey taste. Just use lower heat and take the pot off the stove toward the end of brewing. I added a paper filter under the basket, which made it even better, a cleaner cup. It’s a bit more expensive than other brands when not on sale, but worth it. I do wish the canister was airtight. I usually finish the coffee within 2–3 weeks of opening and haven’t had any issues with it going stale. I store the canister in the fridge after opening. Solid choice.

Absolutely delicious coffee, not the cheapest but not ridiculously premium money either, and in my view well worth it.

Just good coffee. I’ve always liked Illy coffee and this rates great when made in the moka pot.

This is good ground coffee for the espresso machine. I won't say this is the best. For same price some other brands are better and you can get better tasting yet cheaper coffee in supermarkets.It comes in a container which you can seal well - which is a good thing.Mild version is good but the darker roast is too bitter.If you serving espresso to someone whose test you don't know, this is probably the best coffee to try with.
