Good quality
So far from what I can tell the hose is good quality. Easy to set up. Fits my portable air conditioner perfectly. Working exactly like it should. I'd buy it again.

Perfect fit
Works amazing for our window unit. It was very quick and easy to install we have had no issues with kinks or leaks it fit well and has withstood the season great value you can't find anywhere else

JUNK!
It’s a plastic tube. It was cheap. I needed it to drain a portable AC. This was a total waste of time and money. A round tube should not be shipped flattened and rolled into a 5 inch roll. It’s flat! All the manipulation in the world will never make this tube round again.

Crushed tubing issue: Fixed!
I’m happy to report that the issue some other people had been reporting (the tubing arrived pre-crushed or kinked) has been fixed by the manufacturer. There’s now a cardboard circle the tubing is wrapped around to keep it from getting kinked before it gets to you.Beyond that, I’m pleased with the product. It does the job it was advertised to do. Easy to install, and fit fine in my air conditioner (a fairly large two ton window unit).

Folded hose
Hose is folded from package and it kind of stays that way after days outside of the package.. Everything else seems in good condition.

Flimsy and shipped kinked
I bought this so I could drain my portable AC unit into a nearby shower drain. When it arrived, it was packaged in a loop that was so compressed, it was kinked at the top and bottom of every loop. I thought I had worked out the kinks after I had it attached, but at least one of the kinks returned and was significant enough that it stopped the water flow, backed it up to the point where it dripped on the floor and through the ceiling below. Guess it's back to draining into a bucket.

Just what I needed
This works great for a portable air conditioner. Nice and long tube to put out the window, so no more dish pans spilling under the air conditioner.
