Excellent little saw
Really happy with this little saw. Works really well and good battery life. My Marita batteries fit and work perfectly.Second chain and the built in chain oiler are also a bonus.Happy to recommend.

Very impressed with this chain saw
Cuts really well and only had to re-tighten the chain once.As its 12" you can cut through quite a thickness of wood.Battery does well. I have makita batteries for my drill so I was all set but I was really impressed by the amount of cutting power the saw produced without killing the battery.

Poor service
No batteries or charger but could not find them on site.quite bad really. But there you go had to return it

Great Value for Money
I've bought Katsu items before and the quality and performance is great for the price. Chainsaw is well made and robust and features a chain lubrication tank and dripper, which makes it even better. Assembly instructions could be clearer but otherwise really happy with this. It's small enough to be easily used, but not so small it can't cut large branches. It used Makita batteries (not supplied as the listing clearly states).

My second Katsu purchase
I bought a Katsu trim router a couple of years ago and it's been very good, indeed excellent value. I bought this small battery chainsaw on the strength of that and the fact that I already have a makita battery to suit. I've added a 5Ah off brand battery to. The small amount of trimming I've done so far has proven the saw to be very good, but it's not a toy so protect yourself and treat it with respect.A nice handy addition to my tool collection at a very reasonable cost.

Put the chain on the right way around
When I first got this saw I put the chain on the wrong way around and spent some time cursing myself for buying a mickey mouse knock off device. Then I realised my mistake and discovered that this is a fantastic saw that is really useful if you've got smallish branches to prune or some overgrown ivy on your fence. The makita battery works well in it
