You would have to just order different onesies

Q: How do these fit compared to Carter’s?

Onesies brand is Gerber, so they fit just a tad on the small size compared to Carters. My baby is currently 12 1/2 pounds and he fits 0-3 a bit tight and 3-6 a little loose. Carters I find tends to actually run a little large compared to their size charts. My baby is still solidly in the 0-3 for Carters.
