Q: How is the quality of this hole saw kit?

Higher quality than the Milwaukee brand that I use at work. I would rate this as one of the best hoke saws I've ever used, and I've used plenty. I recommend this with great enthusiasm.

Q: Are there instructions for use?

I don't remember seeing any instructions, but if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't purchase this, at least for yourself. It will require a 1/2" drill, preferably corded with an assist handle. And a massive amount of arm strength.

Q: Can two saws be used together, one inside the other? (I need to make an existing hole bigger and thus cannot use a pilot drill hole as a guide)

Dear Buyer, two hole saws can't be used together, screw thread length in the arbor is not enough. Maybe you can drill holes directly with a large hole saw
