Works well.
The brushes fit my hose and all related components. The cable connecting the 2 brushes is flexible but stiff enough and long enough to clean the hose over it entire length.

Good value & quality + cleans great... but little bit unwieldly until you figure it out
Just bought this item for its intended use... and it's indeed what it claims to do and be, plus.Standard 4' tube plus 1' length for mask -- both size brushes on the long probe are perfectly sized to fit. The ring on the short-handled brush is ideal for both pistoning and twisting bristles for best cleaning. That musty smell, after scrubbing w/ just a drop of Dawn and couple gallons of water, gone.The length of the long probe plus its flexible nature, are probably the closest thing to a negative I can claim. You need two hands to hold the tube / move the brush, but the probe is long enough the other brush can collect dust and contaminants from whatever it flops out and drags over, if you're not careful. Figuring this out took some time (use the velcro tie to loop up the loose end, and only go ½-way down the tube for shortest needed length, then again from the other side -- also this allows twisting the brush as well as pistoning in/out to clean)... but until then was a bit frustrating to use.All said tho, would buy again -- fair price for good product. Five stars so far ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CPAP cleaning is easier with this brush pack.
Great brush for CPAP tubing. Easy to push through and clean the long hose. Good quality bristles and the wire is solid and firm while being flexible. I’m buying another for my dad.

Works great. The brushes are the perfect size and the bristles clean great without scratching. I've used mine for about 3 months and haven't lost a single bristle. The spring is good and the coating makes the spring easy to clean and protects as well.

A whole lot easier
This CPAP hose cleaning tool is engineered perfectly. Used to dread cleaning supplies with conventional spring cleaning tools. Kinda look forward to easily cleaning with this system. No frustration. Highly recommended.
