Didn't expect much after a few weeks of use, but pleasantly surprised to find that it seems to be working as it has seemingly increased the rate of hair growth.Flavourless and colourless liquid which is easy to take and given it is in liquid form is better absorbed.Longer term I'm hoping this has a positive effect on my skin as it has had on my hair.

Nice tasting liquid biotin supplement, easily mixed in water. This is helping with my brittle nails, and seems to be working after several weeks of taking it.

I have not been a strong believer in hair restorers, but in recent months I have tried several products in hope of filling in my long-standing, typical male hair-thinning on the crown of my head. I started off with rosemary oil, followed by a blend of several ‘essential’ oils, both claiming to restore hair growth. Before finishing that second bottle of hair restoring oils, I added this Metabolics Liquid Biotin Supplement, hoping it would further enhance the chances of regaining a full head of hair.Frequently looking for increased coverage of hair on my crown would probably reduce the chance of success, a bit like the watched kettle which will never boil, but when I occasionally look in 2 opposing mirrors, I am currently encouraged to think there might be a slight improvement in hair coverage recently. However, that may simply be because I am approaching next need for a haircut, so it could be that the apparently better coverage is simply on account of my remaining hair being longer (though I don’t think so).I will update this review as I get to the end of this bottle of Metabolics Liquid Biotin Supplement, by which time I will have had another haircut & have decided on whether the supplement is part of a recipe for success, & therefore sufficiently justifying a re-order.

This is a nice tasting liquid supplement that is easy to take with its half a teaspoon daily serving. I really appreciate that it’s a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan supplement from this British made brand. It’s early days yet to notice significant impact but I am happy so far.
