There is screen on one side and glue on the other, which means this screen tape lets light in, while air will not be able to make its way through. Please note there maybe color difference between this screen tape and your original screen.

Q: Can this screen repair kit be used to fix a tear in a bug net?

Yes, this screen patch repair kit should work well because it has a strong adhesive and can be cut to the desired size. It is recommended to tape on the both sides: one on the inside and one on the outside of the screen to prevent bugs from being stuck to one side of the tape.

Q: Would this screen tape be suitable for repairing a hole in a tent mesh?
