I have wasted so much time finishing our decking due to the poor quality of the screws and drill bit. Forever having to remove burred screws as the head of the drill bit burrs over after a few applications.

Easy to use, the board width adjustment is push button which is of good quality and positive and consistent.My only issue has been not able to obtain the concealed screws locally from any of the Trend tool stockists so I had to wait for Amazon delivery with new box.I found that no other makes of screws fit this machine.I've now done 2 large decks and the tool looks and performs as new.It seemed a bit expensive at first but it has paid for itself with the speed of job.

As a trades person, I bought the Trend concealed decking jig over the Camo make, I have now ordered the Camo jig as the single drill bit that comes with the Trend decking jig has lasted no longer that approximately 100 screws, I called Trend to purchase additional drill bits to be informed the next batch would be ready around June 2024., this being April.Really shoddy design of the drill bit that can only be used with Trend screws, which I now have 1400 that won't be used...

Other reviews suggest bit only lasts 100 screws. I did an entire pack of 750 screws lol. Also you can buy the driver bits on Amazon I got a pack of 9 for a tenner. But only used one lol. Just learn how to use power tools

great jig for conceeling deck screws so easy to use

I was about to give this jig a poor review as i couldn't find the drill bit. It looks like other reviewers also had this issue. However, it is neatly stored in the handle. Used the jig and it's fantastic.

Seemingly good quality product and easy to use. I was easily able to modify the tool by removing the guide sleeves and boring out the holes that the sleeves sit in. Although modifying it voids the warranty, it gives me a variety of screw and driver bit options instead of being stuck with the manufacturers skinny square driver bit or purchasing the manufacturers expensive screws. I also like that it is adjustable to fit different size deck boards and comes with extra spacers to create larger gap sizes between each deck board.

Very good jig,just one small problem,I am using torx T15 decking screws,can't find right bit for the jig,I am buying CAMO bits T15 and using sharpening/grindering mashine tu get right length ,second photo.Trend gives square bits,I prefer torx 😉,jig really 👍.

This is a device which uses proprietary screws, which increases the price of using it immensely. You cannot use generic deck screws with this. The concept is great, but the limitation is something similar to telling you that you get the razor free, but the proprietary blades are so high priced that you don't gain anything by getting a free razor that can only use the expensive proprietary razor blades.
