Very good customer service response.
We bought the 4 pack to use on a raised concrete patio, the shallow depth is perfect for this as we won't need to make such a deep channel for them and the metal grids look very smart. A couple of the bases arrived with damage to the end where it clips together, but the seller responded immediately and sent out replacement parts that arrived the next day - very good customer service response.
