The best birthday gift for our 12 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it & its wonderful. VERY BRIGHT. She only uses it half way dimmed. Very nice & comes with 2 bulbs & a dimmable turn switch.

It gets hot via the light, so if you were wondering, the light can't be off and it work at the same time, right off the bat if you were wondering.It's a very cute, and good turtle, use it often, and still keeping it. Some angles not exactly good, as the light will go through the holes and if you have a hole aim at you in the face, well, you are getting light at your face. So angle correctly. Directly facing you is a safe spot.There are some settings that are too low to melt it, as it will be on, but not melt. So you just gotta know.Overall, I haven't had any problems, it was a good buy, with 0 regrets about it. GF loves it, and even named it.

I gave it 5 stars because this is the cutest wax warmer I’ve seen! However…wasn’t able to utilize because there were no bulbs that came with it! Two were supposed to have accompanied this warmer! Amazon was of NO help when I contacted them & asked if they would ship the 2 bulbs & the company never responded to my request for mailing me the 2 bulbs. Best Amazon’s customer service reps (I chatted with 4!) would do is apologize and convey how much they understand my frustration which only raised my level of anger higher!🙄 AND suggested I return it! Was being generous giving this a 5 star review! Customer service was NIL!! They’d rather you return it instead of stepping up their “Customer Service” to provide the bulbs it stated it came with!🫤 God forbid they go the extra mile.

This is absolutely the cutest wax warmer I've seen in awhile. I was surprised at how big it actually is. It's heavy and seems very well made. It came with 2 bulbs which is super nice. Has a dimmer so you can turn the lights up and down. I turned mine all the wax up and I had 3 snap pieces melt in a matter of a minute and a half/two minutes. I'm getting a good throw from it. I may buy another one. Oh and Amazon packed this box amazing. So glad to see because that isn't always the case.

The wires inside are way too close to the light bulb. The 3rd or 4th time I used it, the wires almost caught on fire because they were touching the lightbulb inside, which I couldn't see at first. I don't even know why this is designed so that's an option.I noticed smoke (smell then saw it) and quickly turned it off. But it was headed towards a fire. I don't think this should be sold at all. I ordered a different wax melter from Amazon and the design is much safer. No wires, no lightbulb. I think Amazon should stop selling this.
