The product was easy to install and very effective in removing the impurities

So I ordered this product, used fr a day, got leakage issue, they replaced the product, the replaced one was not leaking, but the water just won't flow... They told to turn it upside down n run water to remove impurities, then again use it normal, it worked. But now every 2days u have to turn it upside down to remove it. So we just stopped using the product. Lot of hassle! This product might just work in tier 1 cities only... My money is wasted...No doubt their service is extraordinary! Kudos on that! People are great, but unfortunately, product didn't work for me

I have been using this for more than 10 days. It's very easy to install, so using it results in less hairfall.

Water flow becomes very slow after just one month of use and it takes so much time to even fill the bucket, so it is very time consuming. Even you clean the inside filter multiple times still the water flow is very less. So I would say this is not so great product. Not at all value for money

Reducing of contemintion of water and hard water treat softness .Flow of water constant and clean.

initially for 2 -3 days, the water quality had improved ..tds was reduced from 670 ppm to around 200 pm.. however, after that it hardly reduces any tds... within 7 days, the hardness reduces by just 10%..very ineffective product... not value for moneyI do not on what basis the manufacturer is claiming 6 months filter life when it has became ineffective within a week

Very good product, noticeable difference after installing. Handwash gives good lather, previously had to use more handwash for lather but now lather comes even with less quantity. Also hard water stains - white & brown spots on vessels are not there now. So overall good product & thoughtful packaging. Reducing one star as I am not able to fit kitchen tap extension aerator to it. 4 adapters are included but none of them allow to fit it.
